games

i've been on and off doing this since 2014. most of my work was in Big Projects that are long gone. you wil mostly see games made for jams here. i prefer to stick to hobbydev sized thing lately. corpo game dev life sounds like hell so im never doing that.

i haven't finished a Grand Work so far, so there is zero chance of me becoming a cool indie dev in the near future. when it comes to jamming i can get it together, as proven by that i have

anyway, here is a handpicked collection of games i finished. there is more on my itch if you are curious, but i don't recommend checking.

EVIL LORD

released on 2024.12.20

itch

in this land, killing is a privilege by birth. yet, someone got murdered in your domain. deliver justice to these peasants. find the conspirators, or kill whoever you please. only history may judge you.

another jam entry, this one took almost two weeks. lots of text.

MRBALLR

released on 2024.06.01

itch

mr. baller has fallen down to the world between worlds! thankfully, satan's right is here to help him escape. platform your way on this physically accurate but somehow still wrong ball simulator.

made for a jam in roughly nine days. working on this really sucked. i don't enjoy this sort of whitebox platforming level design. honestly i kinda hated the finished thing until i watched other people play it. they get so frustrated. might be my best.

THE ANT OF THE LINE

released on 2023.11.26

itch

the volcano has erupted. everyone you knew has died. but you hear the cries of the children. you mustn't give up.

made for a jam in two weeks. probably my favorite. the level design kinda sucks but by the time i realized this it was too late to change anything.

smoke break

released on 2023.04.29

itch

the surface is long gone. you live in an underground city. you need a smoke. wander around, talk to some guys.

made for a jam in two weeks. first 'real' game made in godot. after a very long hiatus. it was frustrating because everything took so much longer than it felt like it should. ended up with roughly ten percent of what i wanted, but you can sorta get the vibe i was going for.

futility

released on 2017.04.09

itch

microwave and deliver hotdogs. don't let the fridge stay open for too long.

made for a jam in two days. feels very janky today but at the time i was happy with it. it was the first time i ever tried to make a place feel 'real'. in a jam you just have to go for the first idea that comes up. learned that tons of ambient sounds really pull a game together.
